Bethesda, Maryland has a great school system. Bethesda schools are part of the Montgomery County Public Schools . There are also several private schools in Bethesda that offer a fine education for the future generation of the world. The following is a list of a few of the top rated elementary schools in the area. All of these schools received a rating of ten out of ten. In no particular order: Bannockburn Elementary School, Seven Locks Elementary School, Carderock Springs Elementary School, North Bethesda Elementary School, and Bradley Hills Elementary School. Check out their websites and see what strengths each school has and how they can help enhance your child’s natural strengths. Springtime for students usually means a break from the day to day regime of class work and time to work on projects such as the science fair. The science fair began as a small project in selected schools and how now grown across the nation and almost all schools and all grades participate in one way or another. In 2006 David Tao, of Bethesda Maryland, was awarded the prestigious award of “Tech Trip” by the 8th annual Discovery Channel’s Young Scientist Challenge .
NIDA, the National Institute of Drug Addiction, also hosts its own annual Addiction Science Fair for high school students across the fifty states. Students from all over the country submit their entries and a winner is chosen. The winner is invited to attend the National Science Fair in Maryland and stay in Bethesda and visit the National Institute of Health. The National Institute of Health is a government agency and is located in Bethesda. The National institute of Health is at the forefront of medical research. Bethesda is a town brimming over with the latest research and future scientists of America! Small town values and big city education are a few of the things that make this little town in Amrica so unique, and unlike any other place to grow up, or just visit.
